Here at FTS we want to give a random weekly top 10 list about … well whatever we want. This week list is the Top 10 Things I Learned From The 84th Academy Awards (In no particular order.)

Movie lovers all over gather together every year for the highest honors in the film industry, the Academy Awards. The FTS crew are no exception, but while you’re busy fighting off sleep, we’ll be bitching via webcast as we chat live for this year’s awards. In preparation for the event, we placed out votes for the potential winners. Take a look at who we think will be taking home the show’s biggest honors and read the details for how you can watch along with us on Oscars night!
Below are the list of nominees in each category. The names in bold represent the nominees we expect to win in that category. Our names will be listed along side the choices we have made. Remember, these are the films we expect to win but aren’t necessarily rooting for. Our personal tastes are wildly different in a lot of cases.
War Horse (2011) Directed by Steven Spielberg. Written by: Lee Hall, Richard Curtis, and Michael Morpurgo (novel). Starring: Jeremy Irvine, Emily Watson and David Thewlis. IMDB says: “Young Albert enlists to service in WWI after his beloved horse, Joey, is sold to the cavalry. Albert’s hopeful journey takes him out of England and across Europe as the war rages on.”
