Based on these images I would choose 2012, but I loved 2011 so much better in terms of films released. I would kill for another year like 2011 or 2009.

Overall, I’ve enjoyed 2012 more than 2011. But Drive trumps everything and anything. So much love for Drive <3 <3
Gotta go with 2011 just for Drive.
Went with 2011. The only movie I missed was The Artist. The others were all fantastic. 2012 has been a bit of a letdown. Good movies, but nothing that will really stand the test of time.
2012 has so much good stuff to offer that I’d almost say it’s objectively the better year, and that’s acknowledging how good Hugo, Drive, Attack the Block, The Tree of Life, A Separation, and so on are. Seriously, I love Drive too, but that’s one movie out of a sea of good-but-not-great movies; 2012 just contains more movies of equivalent or higher caliber.
Interesting poll. I would have to go with 2012, but just slightly.
