  1. Hi French Toast Sundaians,
Jess- Since you’re watching Martin Scorsese films I just wanted to recommend one of my all time favorite films, “After Hours.” I love all of Scorsese’s classic films but “After Hours” is very different. It’s a comedy and has a pretty definitive 80′s NY vibe. When people talk about Scorsese they never seem to talk about this film which is unfortunate to me because it’s just as genius as his other films, it’s just very different.

    • Thanks so much for the suggestion! It’s such an extensive filmography that it is sort of hard to know where to start. I’ve just been working on the most well known first but a personal recommendation for After Hours will definitely earn it’s place on my short list of Scorsese films to start with.

  2. Great resolutions. I’ve been meaning to make some movie/pop culture resolutions but I haven’t gotten around to it (how sad is that?).

Take me with you to The Alamo! But seriously, I had planned to go to Fantastic Fest last year JUST because I wanted to visit an Alamo Drafthouse.
