Darth Vader [from the Star Wars series]
Ruler of the Darkside, master of the force, I think his reputation speaks volumes about his badassness.
Strengths: Vader is a master of the force. He could defeat his enemies from a distance with force chokes or up close with a lightsaber. Skilled in fighting with sword-like weapons and lasers.
Weaknesses: Vader has to rely on his suit to assist in breathing. If a contender could malfunction his suit, Vader could be severely weakened.
Iron Man [from the Iron Man films]
Iron Man or Tony Stark is a bit of a self-obsessed narcissist but with good reason. The main is smart, wealthy a playboy and all around lovable dick. Oh and he has a highly advanced suit of iron that makes him a ridiculous opponent in combat.
Strengths: A nearly unstoppable technologically advanced suit of iron that can fly, shoot shit, deflect bullets, and generally wreak havoc. The very definition of high-tech.
Weaknessess: Just a regular rich dude outside of the suit. He needs a mini power generator in his chest to keep his heart from breaking. He’s kind of an asshole and has a tendency to talk a bit too much, getting himself into trouble.
