In Time (2011) Directed by Andrew Niccol Starring: Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and Cillian Murphy. IMDB says:In a future where people stop aging at 25, but are engineered to live only one more year, having the means to buy your way out of the situation is a shot at immortal youth. Here, Will Salas finds himself accused of murder and on the run with a hostage – a connection that becomes an important part of the way against the system.

Kate Winslet is everyone’s favorite actress. Well maybe not for the Academy. Until her win for her role in The Reader, Kate was nominated five times for an Oscar with no wins. I have wanted to introduce something like this on the site for a little while now. It’s not a particularly novel idea or anything but I thought it would make for a good read, comparing and contrasting two similar films. The title is pretty self-explanatory, I’m sure we all remember completing countless Venn diagrams in school. If you’re not aware, a Venn diagram is a diagram  used to compare to items: visually, two circles are next to each other with some overlap. The outside space of the two circles represent the two items individual traits while the center overlap lists the similar characteristics.
