What We Thought:
Lindsay: I won’t shy away from the fact that I had no intention of even seeing this movie at first. Happy Madison hasn’t delivered on anything good in years and even though I am always pulling for her, Jenifer Aniston seems to gravitate to endlessly shitty films. And perhaps it was my low expectations or the fact that nothing noteworthy has came out yet this year, but Just Go With It really had me laughing. All the usual clichés are there, but it really has a lot to like. Aniston is spot on here and looking phenomenal. I thought her and Sandler really had great chemistry in almost all their scenes together. The crew just seemed to be having a good time and the audience could feel it. The supporting characters were adequate, Decker couldn’t act her way out of a bag, but Nick Swardson does fine in his goofy role and the kids, played by Griffen Gluck and Bailee Madison, are fantastic. They are so weird and self assured but you can’t help but love them. Overall, Just Go With It isn’t so bad, especially considering the movies currently in theaters, and will keep you laughing if you give it the chance.

Really enjoyable movie. It may not be perfect in all aspects but it was worth the watch.
