Jackass 3D(2010)
What’s It About?
That’s right. Johnny Knoxville and the boys are at it again! All the gross out, bone crunching humor you can handle, and this time in 3D!

What We Thought:
Lindsay: Jackass is the most visceral and fun entertainment anyone can have at the movies. I laughed my ass off, covered my eyes, and felt nauseous over the course of this movies’ running time. Jackass is always a really enjoyable theater experience and I feel that the 3D was actually enjoyable for the film. It worked, along with a lot of the slow motion replays. It may not be the best of the trilogy of films but was certainly a treat. It was a nice send off to the boys that started off friends and over time became one crazy, ball-to-the-walls family.

Jess: I got out of Jackass 3D exactly what I thought I would: the usual gags and craziness with a new aspect of completely mocking the phenomena that is 3D movie making. I laughed the entire time, almost without stopping, so obviously it achieved its goal. You really can’t ask for more than that. This is a movie more for the younger audience who grew up watching Jackass and all of the spin offs it created. The way they used 3D technology to their advantage was really well done, even if it was just to throw a bowl of dildos in your face. The only downside for me was that this didn’t top the second movie for me. The whole production at the end of Jackass 2 was  better/more crazy than the ending of Jackass 3D.  However, they are definitely getting older and if this is their last hurrah then they left on a high note. I really enjoyed during the credits when they showed footage from their early days when they were baby faced and had less medical issues.

Rob: Jackass 3D is the best use of 3D I have seen so far. Being as I’ve only seen two other 3D movies This may not be saying too much, but I still feel like Jackass 3D was a fun ride. Despite 2.5 movies, Jackass manages to stay fresh and change just enough so that you are entertained without feeling like you are watching rehashed skits.

Really enjoyable movie. It may not be perfect in all aspects but it was worth the watch.
